Workshop of NGO experts at Svetlogorsk
On September 27th in Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad
region, NGO experts met with the local residents who are involved in
the psychological assistance program, which is one of the many
programs funded by the local government.
This event was hosted by Larisa Kuzmina, the director of the
Svetlogorsk municipal budget institution Complex centre for the
social assistance to the population. At the end of this day
participants of the events went sightseeing in Svetlogorsk.
