Signing of the long-term cooperation agreement
between Latvia and Belarus
On the evening of August 6th, Ruta Pels and Leonid
Smulskiy, the leaders of the Estonian partner organization,
hosted a dinner for 13 project participants from Latvia, Russia
(Kaliningrad), Belarus, Norway and Estonia at the Tallink Spa &
Conference Hotel in Tallinn.
During this dinner, Laila Balga and Marina Borisova,
the leaders of the partner organizations EAPN-Latvia (Latvia) and
Foundation Interakcia (Belarus), signed the long-term cooperation
agreement between these two organizations.
