Study tour in Tallinns Old Town: Downtown and
Upper Town
On August 6th and 7th, 11 experts from Russia (Kaliningrad),
Belarus, Norway and Latvia got acquainted with Tallinns beautiful
Old Town (Downtown and Upper Town), as well as the history of the
city, and also dined at the Latvian entrepreneurs restaurant Lido
and at the restaurant of the Estonian National Library.
This study tour was organized by Ruta Pels and Pavel
Smulskiy, the project participants from the Estonian
organization Eesti People to People, and by the expert Leonid
Smulskiy.
