Exchange of experience in ensuring social rights
in Greece
On 20 January, the Greek partner Hellenic Antipoverty Network
organized a training seminar on NGO staff to put the European Pillar
of Social Rights into practice for women and the impact of the
pandemic on women's social protection.
29 NGO employees from Greece, Latvia, Poland, Estonia, France,
Cyprus, Italy, Romania, Norway and Sweden took part in the training.
Latvia was represented by EAPN-Latvia board members Laila Balga,
Mārīte Rozentāle and Aigars Sveicers, as well as 8
specialists from the Riga Active Seniors Alliance and the Sigulda
Association "Aicinājums Tev".
