PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Online meetings
● 19.01.2023. Riga, Latvia.
Project administrative webinar. Summary of 2022.
Surveys and material preparation planning
Six project administrators with a long experience period in NGO
sector took part from Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Italy and Greece:
Laila Balga, Ingmarie Rohdin and Asa Hedlin Olsson,
Ruta Pels,
Jacopo Lascialfari and Spyridon Psychas.
This webinar was intended as an evaluation activity of one phase of
the project (year 2022) regarding the project management, during
which project administrators from all partner organizations
communicate online. The administrators present the situation in
their countries and make proposals for the progress of the project
implementation, resources and the use of finances, compliance with
the schedule of activities and the involvement of relevant
participants.
Secondly, the emphasis of this webinar was the contribution of the
project partners to the preparation and distribution of informative
materials and handouts related to training activities and
international experience exchange activities in each partner
country; the administrators' recommendations were approved.
Thirdly, the participants of this webinar discussed conducting a
survey of disadvantaged groups of population and prepared
questionnaires to identify their understanding, needs and
opportunities for participation in training courses and the use of
digital technologies. The results of this survey will be used in the
activities of each partner organization related to the planning of
innovative courses for disadvantaged groups of population and
raising awareness of NGO specialists about the implementation of the
digital environment in these groups of people, as well as analyzed
during the partners' international experience exchange event in
Greece.
This EAPN-Latvia project is coordinated by Laila Balga, the
chairperson of the Board, and Aigars Sveicers, a member of the
Board.
In 2023, three international meetings for NGO educators are planned
- in Sweden, Greece and Italy, as well as local workshops in all
partner countries.
