Short summary of the project
The project was developed by 5 partners: Association "EAPN-Latvia"
(Riga, Latvia), Eesti People To People (Tallinn, Estonia),
Lithuanian Multiple Sclerosis Union (Vilnius, Lithuania), Odense
School of Adult Eduaction (Odense, Denmark) and People To People
International (Bergen, Norway).
The project objective: for 10 adult educators to gain knowledge and
experience regarding the compliance with the principles of social
rights and the practical application of these principles in relation
to the development of NGO's social entrepreneurship. 7 discussion
meetings/workshops will promote the consolidation of the basic
principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights when it comes to
the availability of NGO's social enterprises and providing an
inclusive environment for different social groups of population and
families at risk, people with disabilities.
Extensive publicity measures in the process of the project and
dissemination of project's results will also take place. A project
website will be maintained, an informative booklet and a brochure
that consists of conclusions of the educators will be prepared. The
Nordplus grant is EUR 37240,00.

experience between project partners regarding the respect for social

Implementation period 01/06/2019 - 30/04/2020
Work package 1: Project administration - extended project
administration deadline until 31 October 2021 due to an emergency
situation in the Baltic Sea region.
Work package 2: Project opening in Riga - extended implementation
period of the activity until November 30, 2019 due to planning of
events on a larger scale (as an international conference). During
the preparation and implementation of the first activity a target
group was involved - 11 adult educators from five countries of the
Baltic Sea region, who increased their knowledge in the field of
social rights and NGOs' social entrepreneurship.
